Miroslav Boyanov is a seasoned finance and healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience spanning the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. A native of Bulgaria, he began his academic journey at the Foreign Language High School in Lovech before earning his Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance (1999) and Master’s in Taxation (2003) from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He later completed his MBA with a Health Sector Management Certificate from Duke University (2004) and executive programs at the Rotterdam School of Management and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. A licensed CPA in Pennsylvania since 2002, Miroslav has built a career grounded in analytical rigor, operational leadership, and cross-border expertise. He began his professional career at PwC’s Middle Market Advisory Practice in Philadelphia before advancing to key finance and M&A leadership roles with Essent Healthcare, IASIS Healthcare, and Steward Healthcare. Today, as Operating Partner at Boyanov Consult, he advises healthcare organizations across Europe and the Middle East on financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and complex organizational transitions. Known for his integrity and crisis management acumen, Miroslav specializes in turnaround scenarios and international joint ventures—particularly those aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 healthcare initiatives. His ability to navigate challenging environments and drive stability through disciplined leadership has made him a trusted advisor to organizations operating in evolving healthcare markets.
