Born and raised in Bulgaria, Miroslav Boyanov has lived a life defined by discipline, resilience, and global perspective. A lifelong athlete with passions for soccer, swimming, and mountaineering, he brought the same dedication to his education and professional growth. After moving to the United States nearly three decades ago, he graduated from Drexel University with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s in Taxation, later earning his MBA from Duke University and completing advanced management training at Wharton. His career has taken him from Philadelphia to Nashville, Europe, and the Middle East, where he has led financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational development for healthcare systems across multiple markets. Today, as Operating Partner of Boyanov Consult, Miroslav focuses on helping healthcare organizations overcome challenges, optimize performance, and prepare for sustainable growth. His leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, courage, and inclusion—qualities that have guided him through high-stakes financial turnarounds and cross-border transitions. Beyond work, Miroslav remains passionate about the outdoors, international affairs, and lifelong learning.
